Experience You Can See In The Work
Sunshine Home Inspections has been part of the Treasure Coast home inspection community since 2009. Chris Kruse started the business after years of hands-on experience in construction and real estate. He bought his first home in 1990 and, over the years, purchased, repaired, renovated, and sold more than 40 homes and rental properties. Chris has been a professional home inspector since 2009, operating under the name Sunshine Home Inspections from the beginning. He started inspecting homes before there was even a home inspector license to obtain.
Chris's training includes AHIT, FABI, Contractors Exam School, and InterNACHI, but his education didn't stop in the classroom. Years of working on houses, repairing rental properties, and renovating homes have given him the kind of real-world experience that can only come from actually working on the things we inspect.
Lauren Poole, Chris's niece, became part of that story long before she became a full-time home inspector. Over the years, she worked alongside Chris on construction projects, rental repairs, renovations, and the buying and rehabbing of homes. In 2013, she joined Chris full-time at Sunshine Home Inspections and has been inspecting homes with him ever since.
Lauren brings her own experience and qualifications to the business. She has years of hands-on home and rental rehabilitation experience, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography, and a Florida home inspector license, along with years of professional home inspection experience. Her photography background is also a real advantage when it comes to the detailed photo documentation that is an important part of their inspections and reports.
Today, Sunshine Home Inspections is a family business built on years of construction, real estate, rehabilitation, and home inspection experience. When you hire Sunshine Home Inspections, you're not just hiring someone who took a course and learned how to write a report. You're hiring two inspectors who have spent years working with real homes and understanding how they are built, repaired, maintained, and renovated.
We've been doing this for many years, and that experience goes into every home we inspect.
